My parents have used Harold's for a very long time. I want to say 20+ years. I have used them in the past also. I knew my vehicle was in the best possible hands. Unfortunately, I did not get the news that I was hoping for. However, they went above and beyond in working with me while I figured out what to do with my car. In addition, they went out of their way to provide me with all the answers to my questions and in making me aware of all the options I had available to me in getting my vehicle situation resolved. They were very gracious and that word, is incredibly rare in customer service now a days. THANK YOU, Harold's!
