Diagnosed and replaced defective oxygen sensor.
We had to cut our trip short due to a ‘check engine’ light. Even though they were busy, Josh was able to find the problem and replace the faulty oxygen sensor in time for us to enjoy the rest of our planned trip. I really appreciate having a local business that I can count on and trust. I highly recommend Harold’s for all of your auto repair needs! I know I’ll be back.

I’ve been with Harold’s since 1995 and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Their prices and customer service is excellent. I used to check everything with my brother who’s a mechanic & lives in another city if he felt the repair was needed or price was right. After a few times, I don’t even ask him anymore. Harold, Josh & team are just the best and have been straight with me on what has to be fixed now, what can wait, maintenance that’s needed, etc. Honest, local and caring businesses are rare but we have one in Salem. Thanks, guys!

Excellent job! Josh does a great job managing the techs and the shop. He works well with the customers and is a most well informed mechanic, as well.
Please, please please, Harold, get someone to file your daily invoices under the customer’s name, and keep the records in the shop. That would be of great benefit when needing to go back and review what was done to our cars, previously. If you want to really honor your customers, get computerized! Once set up, you would never regret going that route. I love bringing my car to be repaired/serviced at Harold’s. I know I get treated well and get charged a fair price for what is done. Thank you.
